It contains large amount of fat ( 25 % ~ 50 % ), protein ( 8 % ~ 20 % ) , saccharides ( 3 % ~ 10 % ) , vitamins, lecithin, calcium, iron, magnesium and other nutrient components. White sesame also contains a lot of components such as sesamol, sesamin, and sesamolin, and has antioxidant activity.
